Citrus Ginger Rub is something out family has made for years and shared with friends. We use it on fish for grilling, baking or pan frying with Panko, but it's also good on chicken and pork. When you use it as a rub, you’ll notice that it’s pretty sticky and you need to crumble it to put it on. That’s because we make it with liquid citrus extracts. We tried the dry stuff but it just didn’t taste right. The little bit of extra work is so worth it!
